These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hinted website, waitlist, and any related services (together, the “Service”) operated by Hinted (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Hinted is a daily word puzzle and the surrounding website. At present the Service is a pre-release waitlist: you can sign up with your email to be notified when the game is available. Features, pricing, and availability described on the site are forward-looking and may change before release.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By submitting your email you represent that you meet this requirement and that the email address is yours or that you are authorized to use it.
When you join the waitlist we store the email address you provide so we can contact you about the launch. You can remove your email from our list at any time using our unsubscribe page. We will not sell your email address.

The Service, including puzzles, themes, copy, visual design, code, and the Hinted name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during the pre-release period. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may update these Terms. If the changes are material, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
